RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
Since the Temple House Rhea Pillai is a make-to-order brand, we do not provide any refund on the purchase.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We’ll give you an exchange that piece in another colour, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if the merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.
Once received, the customer care team at Thetemplehousebyrheapillai.com would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange will be made possible.

On the invoice, you receive, circle the item(s) that you’re returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.
Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.
